I was thinking for a while of working with a TEO4H. I'd like to know if its possible to do this as well. The only problem I've heard about them is they aren't big enough to make alot of power.
Could someone who's using a TEO4H post your setup or something?

Factory TE04H turbochargers mostly came from Mopar late 80's early 90's 2.2, 2.5L engines.
From cars such as Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, Dodge Daytona, Shadows and Spirits.
The TE04H turbo is really small.
A 14B from a DSM is an upgrade for these cars.
You will not be able to use the turbo on kits such as Revhard and Drag. The manifold is the problem. The TEO4H has its own special flange meant for Mopar. You will have to customize a flange to adapt the TEO4H to the T3 manifold or any manifold they sell on Ebay.
Depending on what engine you're planning to put this turbo on...it may be ok.
If it's going on a B-series, the turbo will spool to quick for you to enjoy. hehe.
If you put it onto an engine such as d15b2 or d15z1 or any of the d15 series engines, the turbo might still be ok, but will still spool up very quickly.
Even on the d16z6 or d15b-vtec, you will need to rev high, wich might not go as well with the size of the TEO4H.
I used to own a Plymouth Voyager turbo with TEO4H and it spools up super quick.
IMO.....sell that turbo on Ebay and pick up at least a TD05 series turbo from the Mitsubishi lineup. You'll be much more happier in the long run.

Re: (Boosted Power)
Yeah thats what someone told me before. I found a TEO4H at the salvage yard and I was gonna use it for a setup but I thought it looked too small. Oh well, I think I'm just bite the bullet and buy an aftermarket turbo when I'm doing my setup for my DC, I'm a little scared to buy one from the junkyard.

1988-1993 TEO4H Mitsubishi used on non-intercooled 2.2 & 2.5's (Turbo I)
These turbos are tiny. The T3 from all the other turbo dodges is an upgrade. Unless you are running a D, I would get something bigger.

I believe the turbo on Volvos are either T3 turbos, Mit td04 or td05 turbos.
Either one should be good for a D-series. The Mit td04 and td05 might be a little too small for the B16 you are planning for in the future.
If it's a T3, go for it. But it might still run out of breath, cause a B16 is a true high revving motor.
