Maybe because of obdI and obdII. Don't remember which year the integra went to obdII, but that could be it.

Plus shop around for the kit, I've found it for $2300.

Yeah, i will deffinately shop around, if you buy it right from Greddy it cost a fortune. They always charge more right through the company. I know it does come with biggger injectors and a fuel management system which most likely gets wired into the computer so maybe it is because OBD1 changed to OBD2? Never thought of that. I know it says bolt on, but i know i should probably change some things, Thicker head gasket? forged pistons( what would be good pistons and rods for a LS turbo set up), MSD ignition system ? or will it not make a difference with that kit> DOnt want to blow **** up!

obdII started in 96 for the integra. the 92-95 teg was obdI.

they changed to obd2 in 96 i think the only thing you would need to change are the injectors. so if u buy my turbo manni down pipe and oil lines all u will need is the intercooler, charge pipes, injectors, and bov. you can pick all of that up for under 2000$

i know the greddy kit comes with bigger injectors already, possibly Blow off valve too and piping, only thing it lacks is the intercooler. I think it is only $600 extra. I know this company on http://www.mmrusa.com sells bad *** kits Revhard they come with everything and i hear they put out hella power, but i would probably have to do a lot more to my bottom end, and the kit itself costs a lot more than the Greddy. Sold my JDM B16a swapped CRX, miss the power,,,I just want boost damn it !!!

So yea there you guy that's why it says its for 96+ because the kit is setup for obdII. Also I believe it does not come with a BOV because then it wouldn't be street legal.

As for building up your block, if you want to go higher than 7psi then yes you will want to add that stuff. The kit is set for 7psi and the ls block can handle 7-10psi.

The GReddy kits actually come with the Emanage now, so you can actually program it to fit your needs.
