A/C not working.

A/C not working.
1990 Honda Accord LX
My A/C has quit working. My first question is, could the only problem be that the condenser fan is dead? I have checked all the relays, fuses, switches and all are in working order.
My second question is, can the freon(did i spell that right?) just leak out?
