1994 Accord Fan Problems/ overheating issues
So, from what I can understand from looking over these forums is that when i start the car and turn on the ac, both fans are automatically going to come on correct? I do understand that neither fan is supposed to turn on with the ac off when first started. Until the temp goes above a certain temp and then the radiator fan kicks on. The problem I am having is that neither fan works when ac is turned on. My question is, does it matter that the ac does not work? TIA

" Low pressure switches/sensors are designed to perform two basic tasks. One is to prevent the evaporator from icing up due to a system malfunction (usually a leak). The other is to prevent the compressor from running due to a severe refrigerant undercharge which could damage the compressor."
