torque-wrench settings for motor of xl250r
I've just acquired a basket case of an XL250R Honda road-trail, with a "loose" big-end roller bearing.
Am fishing around for a S/H crank, dismayed at the cost of a new (complete) crank (Aus$1500), but am, being an avid recycler, critical of the implied suggestion that one cannot dismantle the crank and replace the "crank-pin" alone.
It's accepted that when one of these "goes pop!" there'd not be much left of the rest of the shaft and flywheels, etc, so a whole unit is the simplest solution for Honda.
In this xl250r's case, the bearing was detected as "gone" before any other damage occured. So I have a basket of bits, and am eager to dig-in to it.
Why I signed into this Honda help site, is to find the torque wrench settings for the motor, in general, but for the head, rocker-cover, and case bolts etc.
Can anyone post these to mio?
Thanks
