i knew youd chime in sooner or later
but anyways, just get a set of true coilovers like tein SS or anything of the like, and then you can always drop it to EXACTLY what you want. be sure to get a good brand tho, or it could cost you in the end.

it's not gonna take much to bend those 19's with 35 series tires...you know, 17's fit the wells of the accord just fine with a 45 series tire when mildly dropped...i suggest getting something a little less bling blingage, and a little more functional...your gas milleage, as well as ride comfort will be shot with such a wheel/tire combo...not to mention, you will be paranoid about hitting every single pothole you come across...

is that avatar the castrol/mugen 5th gen SiR??? <== sexy
19"s are not a good idea unless its a full blown show car (aka bagged).......on 15's and a 1.9" drop, ive got a little less than 2 finger gap......so youll be lucky to drop an inch w/ 19''s.....and then itll just look like a 4x4 Jeep with dubz
oh, if they were 19" spinners, then its a whole different thing......definantly get spinners, then drop it about 4 inches

Listen to what Nick H and FW have to say man. For daily driving purposes you really should reconsider to a 17" wheel. You ride quality will be so much better.
