code 41: Primary Oxygen sensor Heater. What does this mean?
There are codes for o2 sensors and primary o2 sensors. So what is a primary o2 sensor heater?

Have you just reset it to see if it was a fluke? Maybe the O2 sensor is just starting to go bad.
I see them in the classifieds all the time for about $30. I sold mine for $30. Bought a brand new OEM one for $50. Just look around.

There are 4 wires to the O2 sensor.
2 are the signal and its ground.
The other 2 are for the heater element inside the O2 - think whats inside a light bulb for lack of a better description.
One wire is fed +12 while the ECU uses a PWM gnd signal on the other wire.
To properly troubleshoot, simply unplug the O2 sensor and using a multi-meter measure the heater resistance: should be 15-40ohms (Helms spec).
I once had a code 65, which is just the heater code for the 2nd O2 sensor - ended up having to replace it - it can't be fixed.
Don't go to the dealer either - OEM O2's can be had for around $150 from places like hondaautomotiveparts.com.

The primary o2 is the first O2 *BEFORE* the cat. Costs $160 for the oem part if you buy it online from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or http://www.slhondaparts.com . I believe that http://www.prostreetonline.com is selling a replacement for a reasonable price.
