ive been having problems with my VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) i know that it's messed up i'm throwing code 17 but i was wondering what else it'll mess up some reason i'm getting more back fire now with that mess with my injectors of how my fuel it's dumping or something along those lines thanks everyone

 

i have a 98 lude and I'm getting the same thing, no back fire but more smoke, and on top of that my auto tranny will shift up and down will I am stopped in drive, weird right, i guess I'll have to replace it and see if it fixes it.....
