Default How to remove slight bumps and scratches from plastic bumper?

In my rush to get to work this morning, I was backing up, and very lightly bumped the brick wall on my rear, plastic bumper. It's not a major cosemetic problem by any means, but none the less I'm angry with myself for making the error.

Is there a step procedure for removing the "brush burn" scratches from my incident? I'm thinking of going home and washing/waxing/polishing the area, but didn't know if there was something else I could use/try. Any suggestions would great

Sanding.

You could then get it repainted.

see if you can buff it out. use very very little rubbing compound, if you use too much itll dull the paint because it has tiny sand like particles in it.

as for the bumps, you cant. as far as i know.
