what can i do to make a 91 rs do 200whp NA?
whats it gona cost me to get 200hp without going ITR or turbo? id rather keep it NA for now i dont want to abuse it yet. any ideas? i see alot of people talking of vtec, im 4 days new into this and dont know much yet and need info/

It will be a very challenging uphill battle. I'm can only assume your B18B has at least 70K mi??? 200HP NA is a little harder w/out Vtec. Rebuild with the right goodies will help though. Not that it can't be done, but just a little trickier. get ready...
It's absolutely possible to build a 200WHP NA LS (not going LS VTEC), but you will lose street driveability for sure. Once you drop cams that would make 200WHP NA and run high compression, your engine won't idle, suck fuel at low RPM's, no low RPM and midrange power and a high likelihood to fail the emissions.
200 whp n/a on a Teg LS??? A "likelihood to fail emissions"??? Make that a guarantee to fail emissions.

total rebuild, bump teh displacement up to 1.9L or 2.0L, crower rods, je pistions, ported and polished head, crower 404 cams, ITR intake manifold, hitec header ect.

ya it's possible with the right ammount of money............but like tony said it wont be the best daily driver especially with some wild cams...........
Hey man don't even try it.....I spent crazy money and the highest I got was 187. Do your self a favor and get something fast to begin with
