Default Hand-brake light problem

Does anybody know why my hand-brake light wont go off eventhough handbrake is not set? I think its just electrical problem cuz it doesnt show any resistance on brake. Hit me up!!

I don't have a '95 Accord but usually that light can be set off by either low brake fluid or the handbrake lever.

Check for low fluid or a bad float-switch in the reservoir.

Check the flimsy little switch at the handbrake lever to see if it's bent or broken.
