Default Serious Idle Problem

I just got done building my motor and bolted it in the car.

The motor idle's from 1500 to 2500 rpm's won't go any lower it will run about 2k for a minute and then just drop down then the idle goes back up sometimes it stalls i have no clue whats wrong. I have a brand new idle control valve from honda is their any otherr sensors that could be causing this? I hooked up my EMS and every sensor looked good it's built for turbo but breaking the motor in N/A.
Any suggestions would be appericiated "I wanna drive my car"

Thanks

fast idle valve, intake leak, could be a lot of things. i would run the car and spray some carb cleaner on the intake mani where it bolts up to the head. if your car stalls, then you got a leak. check and clean your ficv also. good luck.
