Default Turbo for a honda civic ex 98 sohc vtec

Hello i just install a turbo kit for my honda civic and i have a litlle problem...

have all accesories necesary...fuel regulator, intetrcooler missing map, etc...

the problem is:

whne i got to 4000 rpm i got lean of fuel and after 5500 rpm when vtec starts y got rich in fuel so i can step till end and my question is if i got a apexi v-afc II can y control that little lack of fuel.. in the range of 4000-5500 rpm???
and what it will happen if i install a v-afc and a 450cc fuel injectors for my honda will be able the afc control the 450cc fuel injectors???

That's called the AFC hack, which has been covered in the FI forum. El searcho es tu amigo. It will also work with 440cc injectors from RC Engineering. The 450s are off DSMs and require a resistor pack or a resistor wired inline to each injector's ground wire.
