Is it possible to make an LS fast by being N/A? Such as around the 13's? How bout 12's? If so, what mods?

 

I don't know about 13s but, a VTEC cylinder head is a good start

you will need a CRVTEC to do that LS all motor.

I have a fully built LS b18b, still only runs mid 14's.

people have made some quick b18bs NA. I've seen a mid 12s integra based on the b18b. The trick? good headwork, high compression, beefy rods, beast cams (heh heh val), and a big header. ITBs wouldnt hurt either but i dont know if they make them for an LS... but why wouldnt they work?

i had a 13sec. all motor LS..ran a consistant 13.8@98mph all day long.....with these mods: itr pistons, milled head 60k, civic si intake manifold, itr t.b., sprockets, dc 4-1 headers, act 6puck clutch.....that's it stock motor, not built! i say it was pretty good........13.8 all day long

 

ITR pistons and 60thou shaved head? God damn. Was the car stripped running 13.8's? Street tires or slicks?

 

um I have all that **** + a ton more, I cant break mid 14's Was that on slicks in a civic or something?

 

aah, remember the days of Tony Fuche (sp?)

 

dpr had a 12sec ls integ but it also had a welded differential and was not street driven
