Will rust on rotor affect brake pad break in?
I bought some brembo rotors which I decided to paint black on the hub. I had prepped the metal so that the paint would stick, which I also did to the contact surface area. Well after I painted them my friend left them outside overnight, and the next day they were rust a little all along the contact surface. I'm about to install these along with Axxis Ultimates break pads, will the rust on the rotors affect the break in of the new pads? If it will, is there any way to get rid of the rust other than having them turned? Thanks!

Nope. Just install them. It's no big deal.
The rust will speed the run down on the pads, but we are talking VERY slightly. Something that should not even be worried about.
If you park your car outside, they will rust.
Drive down the block, come back, and wow! No rust!
