Default car is slow to start

anyone in here ever have this problem???
the problem is that i got this gsr motor rebuilt with pistons and rods, new oil pump and water pump.
anyways when i go and start the car it starts right away but it slowly idle i mean you can hear like the crank sloly moving for at least 10 to 15 secs. and then it start pumping like normal.
like i said the motor is rebuilt with only 80 miles on it...
and also where is the oil pressure supposed to be at for a turbocharged gsr at idle and when you floor it???
my is at 90psi when i go and start the car cold and when the car is warmed up and idle at 750-800rpm the pressure is at 35-40psi.........
is that normal or not????
anyone in here can help well greatly be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks!!!

Do you mean it cranks over very slowly? Dead battery perhaps, or maybe your battery sat too long discharged while you were building your motor.
