Default H&R sport spring rate vs omnipower coils

I was just curious if someone could tell me the spring rates of the H&R sports for civics...I want to get omnipower coils but want to try and get a picture of how stiff they will be. Im running the sports right now, and would like to know their stiffness.

Thanks.

Also any positive/negative feedback regarding the OMNIPOWER coilovers would be nice. I already read and searched for info on the OMNIPOWER coilovers and uncovered some nice reviews etc...so please dont say search and that shizz. If you dont want to provide info on the coilovers, thats fine. Just want to hear what you all think.
