Default ITR 9k safe?

Just wanted to make sure im planing on ditchin my b16 block and stepping up to a ITR. ive been hitting 13.6's with the b16 stock block and ITR head. i should be able to see low low 13's with the ITR block. i just wanna be sure i can take it up to 9 k safely. also would my Mugen chipped p28 do good for the the motor?

and abviously with the proper valve springs and retainers...

Yes the itr block will take 9k all day long, we are currently running over 9500 in my friends 00SI with a Stock bottom end and a b16 head with s2s2's and toda valvetrain.

It pulls all the way up their decently.
