jrsc on stock itr

I'm not going to keep asking a question thats been asked but i can't find it in the search so please just post the links if you got them but...

Can you run a jrsc on a stock itr???....assuming the itr is in good shape and it is tuned farely well?? How much boost without jeopardizing reliability????

Again im real sorry if this has been asked....i didn't see it though....
