Default Anyone using a JRSC on their ITR?

I'm considering a JRSC. If anyone has used or is using this set-up gimme a little info on it. I myself would be leary of using the 8 or 9 lbs. boost uprgade with 10.6:1 pistons. I remember one issue of Super Street magazine that had a Comptech SC but, it was mainly set up for atuo-XX. The drag time wasn't all that hot with that kind of susp.

i have jrsc boosting 7 lbs, and i think the best thing i ever did was get hondata to go along wit it. it is a must to tune your car.

If I may ask, what all do you have done to your ITR? I only have the common stuff. Intake, DC JDM header, Carsound cat, Apex N1, cooler plugs &, OBX plug wires. 180.1 whp/129.7 ft. lbs. of torque.

i love mine. makes the car a real beast at any rpm. sure, not a 500hp car, but it kicks *** anyway. all depenmds on what you want. i wouldn't trade it for anything else. i have:
JRSC 5.5 psi
Venom 440cc injectors
Hondata S200b
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Kamikaze Endyn header
SMSP carsound cat
Mugen exhaust
Comptech / JR Intake

runs like a dream, total blast to drive. ZERO problems of any kind!

I've boosted mine for about 30K. No problems yet. Just upgraded to about 8 psi a month ago. It is not the best deal if you want a drag strip star, but I love mine.

JRSCs are nice for all around performance and streetablity. They're not the best at any sngle aspect of performance but they do give a nice boost in power at any rpm while maintaining much of the stock cars feel.

I'm happy with mine, but be forwarned: tuning them is a bitch.

if not, has anyone run an icebox with the jrsc? is it worth the money?

You'd have to chop it to make it fit, but I'm sure it would work fine.

After you install the blower your throttle body is about 1.5 inches lower.

If you have the SC, hondata and injectors, do you need the fuel enrichment relay?

With the Hondata you will not need any of the JR electronics or hacks.

Here's my dyno plot:
