Default Car makes noise and vibraetes when turning right

I just put a motor in an 90 accord that didnt have a motor. And the car vibrates on the drivers side and makes a noise, only when I turn right. I hit the wheel with my hand and the wheel shakes a little bit. The car makes a little screaching noise in the same area when driving straight, but it goes away after a few seconds. What could this be? My friend says its a bad axle, but if it is, shouldnt it be making a clicking noise when driving straight? Bad wheel bearing? Or loose suspension, we did take the suspension apart when we put the motor in.
