Got the car form my auto teacher and he said he never had time to install the radio. No problem right? I put it in and it says CODE and the speakers make scratchy noises. I was told I need a code from the dealer to make this work?

 

take the serial number off the radio and any honda dealer can get you the code,or give it to me and I will get it for at work the next day

 

well shoot, i just took a look at it and it says acura on it. damn. will it work? it plugs up fine and it seems as though it works. it must be stolen the serial is scratched off. any other way to figure this thing out?

i dont mean to jack your thread, but can u help me out bill-71SS? i brought my info to an acura dealer here and they wanted $54 bucks its the CD deck off my 98 Acura. the serial is 96F337710 if you need the VIN, its JH4DC4355WS016584. thanks in advance.
