when I bought my car it had a radio from an acura and the dealer didn't know the code is there any way I can get it to work??

 

they have to know the code, unless the sticker is gone. take the radio out and look for the sticker. tell them the number and they need ur license to verify it.

 

Was it an acura dealer? Just pull out the stereo and get the sn. Take that to the dealer.

 

yea i meant take the number to an acura dealer, they can look it up on their computer

no, all you need to do is get the SERIAL number from the top of the radio. Call up a local acura dealership, service department, and say you disconnected the battery and now it says code. You bough the car used and need to turn it back on again. They should give you 5 digit code.
