Go to the dealership, they will give you the code off your vin number and serial to make sure its not stolen

i called the dealer they're telling me the serial# is invalid but it says serial no. right on the label.

Depending on the year, model, install the player and hold 1,6 press the on and it will display two codes. List them and ill see what i can do

I heard they charge for that.. I could be wrong.
