It is definatly possible to convert a carbed engine to fuel injected, I believe Summit Racing sells the conversion kits. And as far as converting to Vtec, look up the thread by Bauley Civic about Mini-Me swaps, it will explain EVERYTHING. However i dont know if it's ever been done with a 1.3L. Also it is possible to swap the engine out fairly easily. Goodluck.

Yes it is very possible. Although it is more expensive coz you hav to reharness the entire car since EFI and carb harness is very different. You will have to replace the fuel tank too and install an electric fuel pump.

If Im not mistaken, that 1.3 carb motor is a "d-series" although it says different on the block. You can do a minime or do a full swap, its up to you.

92 - 95 civic hatchback here in the philippines all came with a 1.2L carb. Although called a"PH12" it is also a "d-series" and will bolt on any "d" parts like the head.
And we also do swap, minime or convertion to EFi with Vtec.
