Civic HX and EX Question... Please Help!!

Civic HX and EX Question... Please Help!!
I have a 1997 Honda Civic HX with an automatic tranny. I plan on swapping out the automatic to a 5 speed transmission.. Does anybody have any idea or experiance with any problem that i may with the transformation?? If so, what will i have to do and what part will i need? Part that im using is a 98 Civic Ex 5 speed transmission and ecu.
