oil line screw thing broke and its stuck in my block!! need lsvtec help
the hollow tap thing that conects to the oilline that runs from the block to the head, on my oil line conversion in my lsvtec, broke off and half of the tap is in the block. what the **** do i do?! let me try to explane the part again incase the first time sucked, you know when you do the oil line conversion with lsvtec right? good. know the end of the steal braided line, it goes into a fitting thing with some wires going into it and then there a hollow screw that contects it to the block and oil runs threw it. with that screw thing broke off. need help fast!!! thanks
I would start by taking it out of the block. How bad is it stuck? Can you wedge a screw driver in there and try and turn it out. Is any of it still sticking out from the block? Use some vise grips to grab any portion of it and screw it back out. maybe you an find a chisel to jam nto it and turn it back out. I am assuming that you are talking about the tee fittting that goes into where the oil pressure sender normally would screw into, for the VTEC oil feed, correct? That's why it is never a good idea to put a tee there, vibration will eventually cause it to break off. Is it a brass tee?
Next time mount the tee onto the fire wall and runs lines to it. Or you could always get the Eagle kit.

You just have to some how wedge something into it to back it out. Good Luck.
