since im getting the parts free or extremely cheap from a family member, im going to be installing some crower valve springs / retainers, and itr lost motion assemblies on my 97 gsr motor. i needed a valve adjustment anyways so i figured id install that stuff, my motor has been ticking pretty loud lately and i also read that lost motion assemblies make your engine extremely quiet. i was going to install that stuff and also a new str cam seal that i had. anything else i should do while the valve train is getting installed? i asked a friend of mine to get an estimate from his shop, can anyone give me a ballpark figure so i wont get ripped off? also, i dont need new valves do i? im keeping stock gsr cams cuz going to be going FI soon. i have the option of itr cams (also free or cheap), but stick to the stock gsr cuz its better for FI right? thanks
