I'm sorry, just for clarification when you say "fill bolt" do you mean the drain bolt underneath the car? I have a 92' Accord Lx and the only bolt similar to a "fill bolt" on the transmission is the drain bolt. It takes a 3/8 inch socket wrench without the socket and a breaker bar to loosen it. Are we talking about the same thing?
thanks for the replies, everyone. it is stripped very bad. i think i am going to have to drill it out and get a new "fill bolt" for the transmission. thanks.

grab a dremel, grind it a slot there and see if you can torque it out with big screwdriver.

If you have room down there, get yourself a small pipe wrench and a pipe. Take the stripped bolt off this way. Pipe wrenches were designed to turn round things (rounded off bolt). Good luck.
