B16a Water pump 94 del sol vtec doesnt fit
I just got a B16a from Hmotorsonline and im in the process of changing the timingbelt and i figured id change the waterpump also but the problem is the 94 del sol vtec doesnt fit the gear is smaller than the stock and the holes dont match up anyone ever heard of this? and is there anyway i can tell what year and car my enigne came out of? any help would be appreciated.
there are two different water pumps for the del sol. I had the same problem, but i had an ls pump and had the pulley switched from the ls to my stock b16. But, you need to take yours off and take it to whatever auto store you use and tell them that it's the other water pump. There are TWO different ones.
Hey thanks i think im gonna go with the 19t waterpump all the holes match up i just hope the smaller gear doesnt cause more pressure and make any of my hoses bust at least i should have better water flow.

i had the same problem, the dealership here is lame and didn't even know what a b16a1 was.. so I had to find the pump myself.. It only took 4 parts stores to find one.. but I had to order it and pray that it was the right one, was about $130 I think.
edit, i bought one for a 99 civic si. They had two listed, and I already tried one, so the only other logical choice was......
