I am trying to figure out how to wire an amplifier to my g/f's stock deck on her RSX-S. I think I have everything down but the wire for the remote. Where do I splice in to get the remote to work? Anyone have suggestions on this?
Audio forum???
Anyway....for a remote wire just tap into any accessory wire at the fuse box. Just make sure its a wire that has 12v (+) when you have the car on accessory and run. Its that easy. Did you get a line out convertor for the RCA's???? I hope you aren't using line level inputs, it'll sound like ***. Even with the line convertor its gonna sound like doggy doo-doo.
I worked in best buy install bay for 4 years, so yes I am speaking from experience.
PM me if you have any more questions.

Oh god, this is why i hate best buy. They can use Hi level input if they want. And when you say, "TAP INTO THE FUSE BOX" i hope you don't mean, literally. A better idea, pull the deck out, and tap into your acc wire. I see too many dirty installs where people stick it around a fuse and stick it back in the fuse box.
