Default Tranny replacement, am i missing anything?

So far, these are the things i can think of that i must do in order to replace my transmission. I'm installing a D16Y8 tranny with a CM stage 1 clutch. Let me know if i'm missing anything, or some tips i may be forgetting

3. Remove bottom castle nut and pin
4. Remove lower control arm bolt
5. Remove ball joint
6. Remove axle
7. Repeat steps 2 - 6 for other side
8. Remove shift linkage bitch pin (AC bolt)
9. Remove second linkage bolt
10. PLACE JACK UNDERNEATH OIL PAN WITH 2 X 4
11. Remove rear tranny mount/bolts
12. Remove passenger side tranny mounts/bolts
13. Remove starter
14. Remove clutch slave cylinder ( do not bend or depress clutch anymore)
15. Remove any sensors on the transmission

looks like you got everything, get your self some medium lengh prybars to help remove the tranny. Dont remove the slave cylinder from the lines tho, just unbolt it from the tranny, and unplug all the sensors and pull them while its out of the car youll have some more room. also i like to remove the starter while its in the car rather then on the tranny it makes lining it up later on easier imo i dont know why your removing the ball joints tho? remove the axels from the hub assembly and simply pull them out of the tranny and let them hang there out of the way, its easier and more practical then completly removing the things. disconect the linkage, youll need a punch of some sort also good to help in realigning the tranny apon reassembly so..... Any questions of proplems feel free to pm me ive done it a bunch of times on my d16

Honestly i dont know on top of my head, imo the best way to fill the tranny is to remove the Vss its one bolt on the TOP of the tranny and remove the filler plug, Get yourself a funnel and pure in Mtf or 10w30/40 untill it starts to come out of the plug, wipe it all down and replace the plug and Vss. Easiest way ive found and least messy. Just put a catch can under the bolt like you would for an oil change.
