Question about Torque Wrench
just got one...but when iam not using it has to be set on lowest point right? but handle still have pressure on it..do i have to set belowest torque setting so handle dont have any pressure on it..
If its a click type, set the dial to the torque needed and tighten till you hear the click.
If its a beam type, the needle should be resting on 0 - tighten with a smooth pull till the needle is over the torque desired.

Well, your Q is a little confusing - but it seems, after re-reading, that what you're asking is that when not in use, how should it be stored - to that I answer "with the dial set to the lowest point"
On my Craftsman, there is actually a little label, while twisting the bottom adjuster, that says "stop".
But you asked something about 'pressure on the handle' which sorta made it seem like you're trying to understand how to use it properly - my bad.
