Will white NSX wheels fit my cw ITR?
The factory front 16x7 NSX wheels (96-up) should fit. They have a 50mm offset -- same as the 16x7 Mugen MF10s. Realtime originally ran them back in 97.
They won't fit exactly, no.
Wrong. The NSX front wheel (all years) has a 55 mm offset, and the rear wheel (all years) has a 60 mm offset. The ITR has a 50 mm offset. So you may run into problems due to the difference in offset. You could get some spacers... but you might also need to replace the lugs.
The NSX front wheel also has a center bore that is different from the ITR's. The NSX front wheel has a 70 mm center bore, whereas the ITR has a 64 mm center bore. You will need to find a set of hubcentric rings that are fabricated to fit those wheels exactly, or you could run into problems due to the lack of hub centricity. (The NSX rear wheel has the same 64 mm center bore as the ITR.)
You can read about the NSX wheels here. Scroll down to the section "What About Hub Rings / Adapters / Spacers?" to see more about the need for hubcentric rings.

Wrong.
then how come Realtime used them?
It's not that you can't MAKE the NSX wheels fit; you can. But it will probably involve a lot of work and expense, and there are plenty of other wheels on the market that are designed to fit as is.

They DO fit! No spacers required with 215x45 series tires.
Regards,
As I said, ...
BABY NSX, where did you have your centering rings machined? They're not an off-the-shelf item. Places that sell aftermarket wheels will supply them with the wheels, but that doesn't apply to stock NSX wheels. I went to the Tire Rack and discussed this with their experts, and if I wanted to use my NSX wheels, I would have had to find a shop to machine them for me.

Hey BabyNSX, the only pic I could find of your car was from the ITR meet a few months ago. There was another ITR there with NSX wheels, who was it?
Well, the black one at the meet that time came up from Buffalo, the only black one I've ever seen, there was another yellow one that day, but the dude left early, as did a couple of other ITRs. Here are the rest of the pics which were posted here by other members a little while back:
