New Antenna. Suggestions.
The antenna on my '94 GS-R has been jammed partially up since I bought the car about 1.5 years ago and I've been getting the urge to fix it lately. What do you guys think about the S2K conversion? Can I install it myself? Look good not ricey? Where can I get one? Should I just replace it with the OEM 'teg antenna? Can I do that one myself?
Thanks
Thanks
rice is for you to determine.. not others... hell, one could think everything is ricey... then we would just leave the car stock wouldn't we? but hehe on to the answer...

I did this when I broke my antenna on a swinging gate.
Its not ricey at all; it looks like it belongs there. Its a medium difficulty install...finding the coupler is the hard part.

It took me 6 months before I got sick of the stock antenna and it works perfectly. I did the s2k conversion and it was easier than I thought it would be. The hardest part was finding the bloody coupling. And if you do it properly your reception should be just as good as it was with the stock antenna.
