My wife had a lovely 03 Civic EX until I ran it into a pole well over a month ago. Yes, a severe error in judgement.

We got the car back and the air bag light was constantly on, we returned it to them and they fixed that problem (and a minor vibration problem in the hood). Also note that we had to enter a special code to use the radio.

We got the car back again and here is the current problem, my hope is that someone recognizes it and can provide simple instructions to remedy the problem.

When the car is completely off, we can't use power locks, use the remotes, and the dome lights don't come on. Hazard lights do come on.

When the car is on, nearly everything lights up and it starts, power door locks work when the doors are closed, etc.. The radio will not power up regardless. Can't even enter the code when the display is blank.

I checked the fuses for the radio and the security system, both seem okay.

Any ideas? I can send it back but it's getting really tough to do this since the shop is only open M-F.
