Shuts off in the rain

Shuts off in the rain
2002 Civic EX stalls out in the rain. Things done: PCM software update, TDC sensor & cylinder. Same problem. Now they're saying it's the ECM & has to be OEM to work. Last code I saw it throw was P0341. It threw P1361 before the PCM update. 3rd time back to the dealership. Any thoughts?

Re: Shuts off in the rain
Sounds like a real problem, what exactly happens? When does the rain kill the car? I know of a BMW that used to shut down from carwashes because the drain hole at the (PCM/ECM?) was clogged. This is hard to diagnose without more info.
Please provide a better description of why and when rain makes the car shut off.
I've seen things as stupid as a loose connection that only shows up occasionally and people associated that with something that isnt causing it.
Is the car going full out no power or is the engine cutting out only?
What I mean is when it stalls are the dash lights still on?
