Is it recommended to polish the type-r heads exhausts and intakes even bigger then the original port and polish from honda?

thanks

I suggest using meguiars back to black to polish the head or else you could use some chrome mag polish.

Yes, a "port and polish" (otherwise known as head work or porting), will be beneficial even for an ITR head.

I believe that spoon just came out (August Super Street) with a minature buffer that you can use to achieve that "deep crystal" look on the head you've been longing for. I'd suggest using a 3m cutting compound and even pressure to avoid swirls. Keep in mind my answer is only as dumb as the question, maybe you can answer mine: Should I put tires on my Type R or just drive around on bare rims?
