alright here's the deal i've got a 2004 civic EX with a no name short ram intake which will soon be changed to a cold air AEM and i have a no name muffler which will soon be changed to ac autotechnic revolution stainless steel long tip.. so i went to a shop today and i cut out my resonator.. cause it was that loud nor that deep (since its only a muffler) so now its sounds amazing like really good.. loud and deep but the only thing i dont like is when vtec kicks in.. it kinda farts like not as much but i dont like it.. is there a way i can get rid of that farting sound besides puttin my resonator back on?????

any one???? if ill change the muffler will it help? or is the airflow too high .. thats what creats the little fart ? its not really bad fart but u can tell there's too much air in that muffler

 

the intake is just intake. its a metal tube with a filter. get urself a nice cat-back exhaust. no more of this welding of muffler tips

 

i will get my self a catback as soon as ill swap the engine, im just wondering if there's a way to fix it meanwhile

 

get a stock gsr muffler
