Default Basics for turbo????????

i bought a turbo kit and it has all the hardware but i need to know what i am going to need for fuel and spark management? its only for a si and only plan on running about 7-8 psi...lemme know what the bare essentials are that i am going to need, thx

what turbo kit did you buy?

for fuel management i would use hondata or F.A.S.T.

for 7-8 lb's just use the fmu and missing link that came with the kit. Grab some 1 or 2 step colder plugs, make sure your plug wires are good to go. Then make sure ther basic maintenance doesnt need done like oil changes, timing belt, ect...

ok the engine is strong and needs nothing as in timing belt or anything and basically i want something cheap like a fmu setup, im just wondering if thats all i will need for fuel, no fuel pump needed? this is going in a 89 dx civic

the turbo kit is custom made by one of the people here, ill get pics soon, you guys will really like the work he does, its a t3 off a daytona

With the FMU i recomend you running a inline pump a high pressure one. There was a big thing over if the 255lph intank built or held enough fuel psi as a inline. I myself say go with the inline, had problems with just the intank with a FMU

i got RC310-fmu12:1-missing link-and 255walb.intank on 8lbs and my **** drove like a champ till the dam belt tensioner spring went and i bent some valves...

SOme X friend on mine was supposed to change that stuff for me..anyway
