Default wont hold boost...help

ok, i reinstall my turbo setup on my obd1 gsr engine because I thought there might be a leak somewhere but after I started it up and run it...it wouldnt hold boost....the farthest it goes is 0.02 and thats when I'm flooring it. Here is my setup...I've got it set on stock greddy boost 8lbs.

greddy turbo kit
no fmu
no check valves
no map sensor
vafc hack set on -30 on high and lows
rc 440 injectors
holley fuel pump
msd coil and wires
b&m fuel pressure regulator set at 45psi
hayama cam gears

Could it be vacuum...if so can anyone give me a vacuum diagram for a gsr turbo.

are you driving the car or just reving it in neutral? cus if your not driving you will not make boost there has to be a load on the motor.

check the wastegate ..check its spring and whatnot..the problem could be within that since it regulates how much boost you will peak at

Sounds like a wastegate problem to me also.

My DeltaGate is taking a **** and it's spiking at 6-8lbs. Oh yeah make sure there is no leak on your boost guage vacuum line.

I had a tee on the vacuum hose but forgot to plug the other end up and the boost guage kept telling me I was boosting 2lbs when I was boosting 5lbs and vacuum was at -10psi instead of -19psi.

Check for exhaust leaks about the manifold as well, usually black streaks on the block or head where exhaust is venting to atmosphere. You can also apply regulated air pressure to the boost reference to the wastegate to see if it is opening too early.
