What plug and Gap?

What plug and Gap?

I have an 89 CRX Si 1.6L with cool air, 4-2-1 headers, racing cat and muffler. could anyone suggest a good plug and gap setting to use for this?

I use NGK BKR7E with a .44" gap, you could probably use a 6 for your engine.
