device to change shift points / air fuel ratio?
Hi,
I just got a 2002 (so 6th gen?) accord special edition (not ex I know). In any case I had a question about the device used to change shift points in my car. I am a newbie to just about everything mechanical in my car. I've been trying to learn that side of cars for a while (howstuffworks.com etc...). I am actually a computer geek by trade
. The only thing I'm good at is the electrical work (sound system, car computer etc..).
My biggest question is (don't flame me now), what is the device called that I can plug in under my steering wheel and be presented with a menu system. Something that will allow me to change something like shift points. I would rather not fight the computer so I can push 1st gear to 20 mph and 2nd to 30 etc... (those are just rough figures). I believe there is such a device, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know where I can buy such a device and how much it costs? A link would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
[EDIT]
Btw, everything in my car is stock.

didn't see something against this in the rules, and I've been searching everywhere for this device and can't find it. Essentially ... this is a bump.
I appologize if this was against rules.
