I have a straight pipe 2 1/2 w/ a cherry bomb that ends in the middle of my car with a little downspout. I want to know if i was to get a mendrel bent cat-back exhaust will i get more power out of it or would it be the same? i was a liitle low on cash that way i did that first.

 

well all yor doing now is making less bp and just giving your car my top end power if you put a catback on youll get a lil more power but itll be top end and you wont notice much difference, if you got like 2.25 piping youll get more torque more less top end power so its your choice

 

what size catback exhaust will be better for my setup??? (stock lsvtec)

just got dc sports cat back i think its 2.5 and its amazing and sounds so good but also kind of pricey but you get what you pay for

 

Since you are stock, I say 2.25". Go to kteller.com and get some Mandrel bent tubes, put them together yourself and get yourself a straight through muffler. You're hurting with the straight pipe turndown.
