Well, as it currently stands, i have a dohc zc swapped into my 89 crx. Im actually in the middle of ordering a b16 for the EF, and parting out the zc ( numerous local offers ) Im only 19 years old and have dreamed of having an ITR for about 5 years now.

There to expensive around here though, Ive come across 1 for sale around here EVER. I also know where every Type R in town lives :] What would you R owners recommend I do?

Your insurance company will rape you. But, if money isn't a problem, by all means ditch B16 EF and get in a typeR.

Just joking....but the way you said that sounds like you thought about it.....


but if you got the money go for it ....great car.....probably got a little more gettyup then your rex

 

If you have to use the Type R as your everyday car I wouldnt sell the CRX I ahve a CRX I use as my everyday bc everyone with a hatch wants to race you and then steal your car when u drive the R.
Also if you get the R layer the security and garage that car.

hhhaahha day 1 of owning the ITR would consist of the homemade security setups, like a fuel cut off switch.

I dont know about it being faster then my crx... My guesstimations are around a 14.5 with the b16 seems as how the rear is stripped
