Sounds like your from japan?, If you want the car to be really quick, firstly buy a new engine, B16A, B18C or similar. Its easy to swap them in.

Or you could turbo the standard d15b vtec. This is what I did. I also have an EG8 with the d15b vtec.

If you want to keep your standard engine and stay N/A, just do the basic I/H/E (intake, headers, exhaust), and it will go a bit better, Anything else and your just wasting your money. If you want to stay N/A, do a motor swap. Will be worth it in the long run.

Heres some links involving the jdm D15B Vtec engine, Check them out.

Thanks Ronald for your input. No.. I am not from Japan but from Colombo, Sri Lanka that's the reason I am seeking assistance.

What type of a turbo would compny for vtec D15B engin ? Will it work ? Is it easy to install ?

When I bought the car Thanabay exhaust. Planning to install a K&N intake, one of frind who is travelling in BKK will bring it down. Headers ? What do you mean by this ? Await your kind feeb back ! Thanks again !!

Ronald? I dont know what you guys smoke over in sri-lanka, but i dont want any. lol.

Look up the very top right of your screen. There will be a word that says 'search'. Click your left hand mouse button on this word, and type in "Turbo AND honda" or somthing similar in the search menu.

Search any word your not sure about like "headers" which is also called "exhaust manifold".

Search as much as you possibly can in recent, and archived sections of the site, and any questions you still have, ask.

"We smoke the very best here in Sri Lanka !! " ROFL just thought that was funny. Anyways a Greddy sohc kit will work perfectly for your d15b. The d15b is the same as the d16z6 except 1.5l, and has a more agressive cam. There are a few more differences, but they slip my mind.... go ahead and search.

it really depends on your goals....seriously...u have to search b/c there are hundreds of options and factors that influence the right setup. How much do u want to spend? What type of long term and short term goals do you have? These are all important factors.

Now for a little personal experience:

I have had a boosted civic w/ a t25 and a t3. The t3 was nice (reached full boost around 3000 rpms) and put down about 175whp @ 7lbs of boost. Didnt care for the t25...too small. For my current car....i am going to use a t3/t4 because i want to make a little more power.

But search and all shall be revealed to you in time
