Default Why don't I hear anything about Mods for 7gens?

maybe this is the wrong forum club to post on for this subject, but I'm curious about the potential on the 7th gen civics, i don't hear anything about it. No turbo kits, no supers, no serious setups for massive power gains like the B series had, or what the K20 has. Can someone tell me whats up?

u can't really do much with the new civics. maybe drop a k20 in there? other than that, they make great daily drivers.

It just came out, what you expect? Everyone is still working on it. Not much you could do right off the batt other then bolt ons. B series has been around for about 15years +

very understandable, but so has the K20A, its a new motor with so much market potential, whereas the D17 has had nearly no support.. but what i'm wondering is, if its easy enough to swap a B series motor into the D motor setup of the past..

interesting forum. But still seems to be left hanging. I keep on going back to the K20, the TS... i'm so jealous. And after reading the other link to the thread about the new civic coming up, it makes me wonder. I just gotta get a car asap, i thought the new civic would be my answer, but going slow sux, i already drive a corolla, and i feel like i'm about to be rear ended every time i try to merge onto dc highway traffic.
and before anyone starts with, "why don't you get a blah blah blah instead".. i've done my research, i like the mazda 3's too, but i don't trust their reliability and good maintenence overall. I respect honda, they just need to hear out their consumers these days. and while i'm at it, you hear all this talk about canning the RSX? Sheesh... can't they see that their gonna kill their market for sports compact cars?!?!!?
