Default Help Quickly, timing belt issue.

Ok, new problem. What timing belt cover do I use for a DOHC ZC?

You take the pulley off first then line it all up:

Then what keeps the engine from just turning over as you try to remove the crank pulley? Wont it just keep spinning as you turn the socket?

what I did was remove the started, jam the flywheel with a crowbar and the reef on the crank pulley bolt with all of my body weight.

That bolt is on super super super tight and you'll likely have difficulty getting it off.

The other alternative is the buy a crank pulley holder from honda. It shouldn't be too expensive.

Get an impact gun. Air or electric will do.
screwdrivers and allan keys dude that crazy.
Sticking **** in the flywheel isn't a good idea either.

I tried to get this from honda. They said they didn't sell them.

I put a 2" nut just inside the pulley hub and hold the nut with a wrench. Then I stick the socket/extension through the nut hole and onto the pulley bolt. Bolt is on extremely tight...electric impact gun worked for me.
Here's one tool: http://www.drivewerks.com/cata...4.htm

Honda Factory Style Holder:

Just pulled those two places off the net, dunno anything about them but the tools are all over the place.
