bumper doesn't fit right
Anyone has my problem? My rear bumper got destroyed after I was rear-ended. The repair shop put in a new bumper, paid for by insurance, but the new one doens't fit right. There is a huge crack where the bumper meets the body on both sides. If I hold the bumper up with my hand, the crack disappears. Let it go and it sags downward and the crack shows.
Annoying! They say they can't get rid of it no matter how I harrassed them. How do I fix this? Anyone know?
Thanks,

Did that too. Insurance sent the car to another shop whose owner said basically the same crap. It seems that only Honda factory can install it right. So I am stuck with this annoying f***. I am thinking superglue! LOL
Is the rear bumper held on with clips? If so you could always try to replace the clips with bolts so it would be secure. Also Zip ties are your friend.

Doesn't one of the Honda dealerships in your area have a body shop? I know the one I used to work at had one.
