You Call That a Bumper ?
Well, I wasn't paying attention at a stop sign when a car in front rolled back into my bumper.
No big deal, it was a Mini, and must've been going 1/2 MPH as there was a dip in the road.
Her car, a scratch on the rear bumper. My Honda Fit, according to the shop, needs a new bumper and there is a brace bent, that has caused the fender to misalign with the hood. Approx cost, wait, wait now, $1800 ! Useless piece of plastic crap called a bumper. WTF !

For any impact that slow, only the foam and possibly the plastic should have taken damage, unless it was a very offset hit.
Things like this is what insurance is for, but since you were probably stopped too close (since most people won't roll back more than 1/2 car length), you'll probably still be on the hook for the deductible...
